This June, we’re celebrating our great states produce by plating up WA.

Western Australia is home to ingredients in a world of their own, which we love to use in our kitchen at The Principal. To celebrate our incredible WA produce, we will be plating up a unique dish throughout June as a part of Plating up WA.

The Dish | Shark Bay Scallops $25

Three Shark Bay scallops in a half shell. Baked with Spanish lemon zested chorizo and chimichurri. Served with a herb salad. (GF)
