Striding Out
For Mental Health!

A long time stalwart of both The Principal & the hospitality industry, Niall Burke, is finally taking his long service leave! A long time believer in the mental health in the work place, Niall is walking the Bibbulmun Track end to end, in support of Beyond Blue.  Starting on the 28th of August, the full 1003km- Kalamunda to Albany, will be walked over 45 days (rain, hail or shine!), utilizing camping & bibb shelters along the way.

Why support Beyond Blue?

While we all know how important mental health is, the external pressures upon us, as a people, have almost tripled recently. From the Australian bushfires over summer to the COVID outbreak, the community has been in a heightened state of anxiety and struggling to manage. From pre-existing anxiety & mental health issues, quarantine fears, the employment downturn (especially prevalent in the hospitality industry) though to front line workers (doctors & nurses), the mental health of Australia has taken a beating.
